Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) in the Breast Surgeons Clinic working in a hospital-based inpatient setting, primarily in the ICU or as a surgery first assist, performing invasive procedures with a high level of independent clinical decision-making. Must have a Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician, practice within state regulations and delineation of privileges, and collaborate with physicians as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Minimum certifications and licenses include APRN/PA credentials (AANP, NCCPA) and Ohio licensure; duties emphasize safety, quality, and efficiency in patient care with responsibilities that may evolve.
