Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for 100% outpatient urgent care. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages; manage acute conditions, infections, and injuries; perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and incision & drainage; conduct DOT and employment physicals; order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays, EKGs); provide care plans and preventive health guidance; maintain thorough documentation; collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical team for quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP) with an active state license
- Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA) with an active state license
- 2+ years of experience in urgent care, family medicine, or emergency care
- Active BLS certification required or must be obtained within onboarding period
