Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for 100% outpatient urgent care in Huntsville, AL. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages; managing acute conditions and injuries; performing minor procedures (suturing, splinting, incision & drainage); conducting comprehensive DOT and employment physicals; ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests; counseling on care plans and preventive health; maintaining accurate documentation; and collaborating with supervising physicians and team members to ensure quality care. Requires NP (ANCC/AANP) or PA (NCCPA) with an active state license, active BLS or onboarding timeline, and 2+ years of urgent care/family medicine/emergency care experience. Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP) with an active state license
- Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA) with an active state license
