Job Summary
Provide high-touch, root-cause–oriented care in a private-pay wellness setting, conducting comprehensive functional consultations, ordering and interpreting advanced labs, and developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate lifestyle changes, nutraceuticals, peptides, hormone optimization, and appropriate medications. Administer and supervise IV therapies and regenerative protocols, medical weight loss, and integrative aesthetic treatments; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; maintain thorough EHR documentation; mentor and participate in ongoing education in functional, regenerative, and longevity medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA in Texas in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or similar)
- Demonstrated interest in functional, integrative, regenerative, and/or longevity medicine
- Strong skills in patient communication, education, and relationship-building
- Comfort with longer, in-depth visits and collaborative care planning
- Experience with IV therapy, hormone therapy, peptides, medical weight loss, or regenerative aesthetics (preferred)
- Familiarity with lab interpretation beyond standard ranges (functional ranges)
- Experience blending Eastern and Western modalities (e.g., acupuncture, Chinese medicine) desired
