Job Summary
Provide comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine, document patient interactions in the customized EHR, apply billing procedures, participate in quality control/improvement activities, respond to patient messages, facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities, and stay current with AASM guidelines and clinic protocols. Requires strong empathy, clear communication with patients and teams, proactive and tech-friendly approach, prioritization and time-management, and adaptability in a rapidly expanding clinical environment. Licensure in CA and PA APRN, furnishing/licensing requirements, and a Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing are required; Academy training available for those new to sleep medicine; full-time schedule Monday–Friday. Compensation aligns with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing (accredited)
- Active California APRN license and Pennsylvania prescriptive authority (PA)
- Active CA Furnishing license AND PA prescriptive authority for non-controlled substances/devices
- Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in sleep or sleep medicine (required for starting within one month)
- Ability to work full time, minimum 36 hours per week, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
- Enrollment in Dreem Health Academy program if applicant lacks prior sleep experience (paid 4-week training); completion mandatory before patient work
