Job Summary
Conduct neonatal patient care for up to 20 patients on a resident-led team or 16 on an NNP-led team, attending high-risk deliveries and performing procedures including intubations, chest tubes, arterial lines, PICCs, and ventilator management. Assist physicians and other clinicians in a multidisciplinary approach to patient care while participating as an NRP instructor. Work flexible 8 or 13 hour shifts Monday through Sunday with day and night coverage. This role supports a Level IV Neonatology team within Banner University Medicine Tucson's nationally recognized academic medical center, offering teaching, research opportunities, and comprehensive resident support.
Required Qualifications
- AZ license, or ability to obtain by start date
- Current BLS
- Current NRP
- Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance

- 2+ yrs Neonatal experience
