Nurse Practitioner- Part-Time

Assess patients' medical and mental health needs and provide a plan of care that proactively manages conditions and addresses barriers to treatment. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal agencies while prescribing medications and ordering lab work, diagnostic procedures, and consultations. Monitor patient compliance and response to treatment, modifying plans as necessary. May provide training and advice to facility staff. This role is part-time within TruHealth's senior long-term care model, focusing on enhancing residents' quality of life through an innovative, proactive approach to dignity and independence.
