Nurse Practitioner- Part-Time

Job Summary
Assess patients' medical and mental health needs and provide a plan of care that proactively manages conditions and addresses barriers. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal agencies related to clinical services. Prescribe medications and order lab work, diagnostic procedures, and consultations. Monitor patients' compliance and response to treatment while modifying plans as needed. May provide training and advice to facility staff. This part-time role supports TruHealth's innovative model for seniors in long-term care, focusing on dignity, independence, and quality of life within a provider-owned Medicare Advantage environment.
Required Qualifications
- APRN or PA license
- Degree from an accredited APRN or PA program
- 3 years' experience in clinical nursing or rehab in geriatric populations and or Fee for Service experience
- Electronic Health Records experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel
