Nurse Practitioner- Part-Time

Assess patients' medical and mental health needs and provide a plan of care that proactively manages conditions and addresses barriers. Prescribe medications, order lab work, diagnostic procedures, and consultations while monitoring patient compliance and treatment response. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal agencies regarding clinical services. Modify care plans based on patient progress. May provide training and advice to facility staff. Requires APRN or PA license, three years of geriatric or fee-for-service experience, and EHR proficiency. Part-time schedule with competitive pay and excellent benefits.
