Job Summary
Conduct daily palliative care assessments and manage 8-12 patients per day within a team-based, patient-centered model. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary group including physicians, advanced registered nurse practitioners, social workers, and chaplains. Maintain full prescriptive authority in Washington state and coordinate care for patients in inpatient settings. No call rotation required. Join an established provider team recognized for physician well-being initiatives and safety performance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA
- DEA with full prescriptive authority
Desired Qualifications
- Certification Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse
- One to 3 years' experience in inpatient palliative care setting
