Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner in Pain Management for outpatient care in North Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and physical exams, reviewing imaging and diagnostic studies, diagnosing and managing chronic pain conditions, ordering/interpreting diagnostic testing, prescribing medications/therapies, educating patients on treatment plans, maintaining timely documentation, and collaborating with physicians on interventional pain procedures. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no nights or weekends. Requires active Arizona NP license, DEA, and CDS licenses; pain management experience preferred; EMR experience; strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner License
- Active DEA License
- Active CDS License
- Pain Management Experience Preferred
- Neurology, Orthopedic, Spine, or Primary Care Experience Considered
- Strong Clinical Assessment Skills
- Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records
