Job Summary
Review clinical history, perform physical examinations, and diagnose and treat chronic and episodic disorders for patients throughout the course of treatment. Collaborate with the care team, including panel coordinators and social workers, and consult a team physician when cases fall outside the scope of expertise. Maintain your own patient panel and share call coverage for the clinic. Requires current Oregon State license, BLS certification, and 2+ years of primary care experience. Located at Canby Clinic in Portland, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of NP or PA program
- Minimum of 2-years' experience
- Current Oregon State license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

- 3+ years of primary care experience
