Job Summary
Provide comprehensive women's health and primary care services in an outpatient setting, including patient evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and patient education while maintaining accurate EMR documentation. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, and support staff to coordinate patient care and support quality improvement initiatives. Serve a diverse, underserved population in a full-time Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekend call.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing
- Active Nurse Practitioner certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a certified Nurse Practitioner
Desired Qualifications
- Women's health and/or primary care experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with ability to conduct full patient assessments without an interpreter
