Job Summary
Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position providing primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Tulsa, OK. Requires NP or PA certification and 1-2 years of primary care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Oklahoma
