Job Summary
Provide high quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Tulsa, OK region by performing physical examinations, updating medical histories, and developing treatment plans. Assess patient health, order diagnostic testing, and prescribe medications as medically necessary while fostering trust with patients, families, and caregivers. Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms. Requires board certification, valid NP or PA certification in Oklahoma, and strong clinical skills to treat and diagnose diverse patients with chronic diseases. Full-time position with a flexible schedule, $130,000+ compensation, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified
- valid NP or PA certification in the State of Oklahoma
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
- Positive demeanor and strong people skills
- Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
