Job Summary
Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for One Medical's Transbay Center in San Francisco. Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits; provide care in-office or at testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits. Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams; perform in-office procedures using clinical training. Willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in other states. Base salary range $164,700–$175,000/year; relocation assistance may be available; sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California, obtained by start date
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care OR 1 year in outpatient primary care plus 1 year in urgent care/1 year primary care fellowship
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus
