Job Summary
Provide primary care across acute, chronic, and well visits, conducting in-office or testing-center visits with occasional tele-health. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams; perform in-office procedures aligned with clinical training; obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states. Requires completed NP or PA program with national certification and California state license by start date; 2 years outpatient primary care experience or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care; LARC insertion and colposcopy experience a plus. This is a full-time role based in San Francisco, CA at the Transbay Center with relocation assistance potentially available and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401K, and malpractice coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, plus either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus
