Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for full-time primary care at One Medical's Transbay Center in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities include managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well-visit needs; conducting in-office visits, testing center visits, and occasional tele-health visits; participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborating with in-office and virtual teams; performing in-office procedures as applicable; and pursuing additional state licensure/credentialing for expanded virtual primary care. Desired experience includes 2 years (outpatient primary care) or 1 year with a 1-year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care, with LARC insertion and colposcopy experience a plus. The base salary range is $164,700 to $175,000 per year with potential for additional pay based on qualifications; relocation assistance may be available.
