Job Summary
Provider will deliver high-quality primary and palliative care to patients in the Temple, TX region, with treatment in home settings and collaboration with an in-house clinical team. Responsibilities include physical examinations, developing care plans, ordering diagnostic testing, prescribing medications and interventions, attending quarterly medical staff meetings, and fostering trust with patients, families, and caregivers. Must be board certified as NP or PA with active Texas certification; 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients preferred. The role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy, and growth opportunities within Ennoble Care's expanding leadership track in a home-based care model.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Valid NP/PA certification in the State of Texas
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
- Ability to operate independently; strong clinical skills
- Positive demeanor and effective communication with patients and families
