Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans by reviewing electronic medical records via a secure web portal and accurately documenting exam findings to complete required VA forms. Provide medical opinions based on assessment data while adhering to a part-time Tuesday-Thursday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with a caseload of 3-5 patients daily. This structured role involves focused medical evaluations without treatment or prescribing responsibilities, supported by comprehensive training and malpractice insurance coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant license
- Comfortable using technology to review records and complete documentation
