NURSE PRACTITIONER or PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA-C) sought for a full-time role in Sioux City, IA. The successful candidate will provide healthcare to a diverse patient population, deliver continuity of care to assigned patients, and extend care to patients managed by other providers when needed. The position supports a 4-day work week with one late evening per week and is on-site. Must hold current licensure in Iowa and have one to two years of advanced clinical experience; BCLS and Mandatory Reporter certification are preferred. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
