Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with broad needs by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, at testing centers, or via telehealth. Collaborate daily with teammates through huddles and weekly clinical rounds while utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states as needed. This full-time role in Boston, MA, requires an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification and at least two years of outpatient primary care experience within the past five years. Base salary ranges from $145,400 to $173,800, with a sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
