Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role in primary care at One Medical, full-time in Sunnyvale, CA. Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, perform in-office and testing-center visits, and tele-health as needed. Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, utilize clinical training for in-office procedures, and obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states. Competitive base salary ($164.7k-$175k) with potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
