Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a full-time primary care role at One Medical in Berkeley, CA. You will manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits; treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits; participate in clinical rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams; perform in-office procedures using your clinical training; and pursue additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states. Requires completion of an accredited NP/PA program with national certification and state licensure in California by start date; base salary range $164,700–$175,000 with comprehensive benefits and sign-on bonus. The role emphasizes human-centered primary care, effective use of technology, teamwork, and flexible delivery across in-person and telehealth settings.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
