Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Full-time) needed for managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits in a primary care setting. Role includes in-office, testing centers, and occasional tele-health visits, with opportunities to perform in-office procedures and collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams. Must complete an accredited NP/PA program with national certification and hold California state licensure by start date; ongoing credentialing for additional states may be required. Competitive base salary ($164,700–$175,000) with potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting (or 1 year with 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care)
