Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Clinician program
- CA Registered Nurse (RN)
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Travel 75+% of the time in the assigned area
- Must have a valid driver's license, automobile insurance and reliable transportation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices and procedures
- Ability to independently diagnose and treat common chronic diseases
- Ability to analyze complex patient data and make informed clinical decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills to address patient care challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical software
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills to ensure timely and efficient patient care
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Meticulous in following clinical protocols and procedures
