Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a full-time post-graduate mentorship program. Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits with mentorship from an onsite Preceptor. Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits. Participate in weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty and Clinical Rounds; collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams; utilize your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures. Base salary $148,200 with potential adjustments based on experience and schedule. Comprehensive benefits package available; E-Verify participation noted.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed accredited NP or PA program with a national certification with a graduation date between November 2025 and May 2026
- Must hold active license in the state of CA or have submitted application for licensure prior to June 1, 2026
- Must be Board Certified as a FNP, ANP, or PA
