Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Post Graduate Mentorship Program(All Ages))

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a post-graduate mentorship program at One Medical. Responsibilities include managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits with support from an onsite clinical preceptor; treating patients in-office or at testing centers and conducting occasional tele-health visits; participating in weekly didactics, clinical rounds, and collaborations with in-office and virtual clinical teams; applying clinical training to in-office procedures; and obtaining additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states. Requires active NP/PA certification, WA license (or pending), and Board Certification (FNP/PA). Strong emphasis on culturally competent primary care, effective communication, technology-enabled care delivery, team collaboration, and adaptability.
