Job Summary
Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans by reviewing electronic medical records via a secure web portal and accurately documenting findings to complete required VA forms. Provide medical opinions based on assessment data without treatment or prescribing medication. Perform focused physical exams for 3-5 Veterans daily during a part-time schedule of Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Requires an active, unrestricted NP or PA license with 2,080+ supervised hours and proficiency in electronic documentation. No on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant license
- 2,080+ supervised hours
