Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for full-time role in San Francisco, CA (Pacific Heights office). Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits; see patients in-office or at testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams; perform in-office procedures; and pursue additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care across states as needed. Competitive base salary in the $164.7k–$175k range with relocation assistance potentially available; comprehensive benefits package included.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus
