Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for full-time primary care in San Francisco at One Medical’s Pacific Heights office. Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, provide in-office and testing-center care with occasional tele-health visits, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborative team huddles, and use clinical training to deliver high-quality care. Willingness to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states. Requires completion of an accredited NP/PA program with national certification and California state licensure by start date, with 2 years outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year with fellowship/urgent care). Preference for experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy. Strong patient-centered care, effective communication across diverse backgrounds, and the ability to leverage technology for care delivery are essential. This is a full-time role based in San Francisco, CA with relocation possible; competitive compensation and extensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California, obtained by start date
- As a clinician, 2 years in outpatient primary care OR 1 year in outpatient primary care with 1 year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures is a plus
