Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Orthopedic Spine PM&R, outpatient-focused role spanning Sunset Hills, Missouri Baptist, and South County locations in St. Louis. Provides direct patient care, including history, exams, orders and interpretation of diagnostics, preventive care, disease management, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other care team members. Leads quality and safety initiatives for ITB therapy programs, develops patient education, and contributes to clinical research and program education. Requires leadership skills, autonomy in clinical nursing or PA practice, and ability to navigate evolving workflows while delivering exceptional patient care. Mandatory qualifications include NP or PA degree, state licensure, and Basic Life Support certification; salary range $93,300.00 – $167,800.00 annually. Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing with emphasis in the Nurse Practitioner program
- Advanced Practical Nurse licensure (or ability to obtain licensure within three months of date of hire)
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS)
- Graduate of PA program
- Current PA licensure to practice in Missouri and/or Illinois (depending on location) or ability to obtain within three months of date of hire
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS) - repeated language noted in posting
