Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant sought to provide primary and consultative care to geriatric and medically complex patients, often in patients' homes or care settings, with autonomy to focus on high-quality, patient-centered care. Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree as a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Current State License as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance
