Job Summary
Assess patient health through physical examinations, medical history updates, and diagnostic testing for homebound and palliative care patients in Northeast Oklahoma City. Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans while prescribing medications and fostering trust with patients, families, and caregivers. Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms to ensure continuity of care. Board certified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with strong clinical skills and 1-2 years of primary care experience are required. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Oklahoma
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
- Positive demeanor and strong people skills
- Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
- Full-time basis
