Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Provide on-site occupational medicine care at a client site in Berkeley, CA as a full-time NP or PA. Perform Power Industrial Vehicle examinations, Hazmat physicals per OSHA, and issue return-to-work clearances and appropriate modifications. Deliver first-aid, medical treatment, and follow-up for occupational and non-occupational conditions; conduct effective case management and counselling on employment risk reduction. Maintain clinic medical records with HIPAA compliance, and communicate with the Consulting Medical Director and onsite clinic management to support efficient operations. Demonstrate privacy and confidentiality, make independent decisions per policy, manage multiple priorities, and utilize Windows-based software (Office Suite, SAP, Cority, etc.). Physical demands include desk work, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and possible site movement; environment is mainly indoor with controlled conditions. This role requires California NP/PA licensure, DEA, ACLS/BLS, and prior occupational medicine experience; compensation is hourly in the range of $80-$85 per hour, with benefits including PTO, health insurance, retirement plans, and more.
