Job Summary
Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at One Medical, Mission Valencia, based in San Francisco, CA with an on-site office in Daly City. Manage a patient panel across acute, chronic, and well visits; conduct in-office or testing-center visits and occasional tele-health visits; participate in weekly clinical rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams; utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures; open to obtaining additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states; relocation assistance may be available. Requirements include completed accredited NP/PA program with national certification, California license by start date, and 2 years outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year outpatient plus 1 year fellowship/urgent care). Desirable: experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy. Base salary range: $164,700–$175,000; comprehensive benefits package and eligibility for relocation assistance. On-site role in Daly City/ San Francisco area with in-office responsibilities and potential telehealth components.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting OR 1 year in outpatient primary care with 1 year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus
