Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for a full-time primary care role based in San Francisco, CA (Mission Valencia) with One Medical. You will manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, conduct in-office or testing-center visits and occasional telehealth visits, participate in weekly clinical rounds, and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams. The role includes opportunities to perform in-office procedures and to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states. Relocation assistance may be available. A patient-centered approach, strong communication, and proficiency with technology to deliver high-quality care are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California, obtained by start date
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting OR 1 year outpatient primary care with 1 year fellowship or 1+ year urgent care setting
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus
