Job Summary
Provide high quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Mcpherson/Salina, KS by performing physical examinations, updating medical histories, and developing treatment plans. Assess patient health, order diagnostic testing, and prescribe medications while fostering trust with patients, families, and caregivers. Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms to support patient-centered outcomes. Board Certified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with strong clinical skills and 1-2 years of primary care experience are required. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified
- valid NP or PA certification in the State of Kansas
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
- Positive demeanor and strong people skills
- Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
