Job Summary
Provide focused medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA disability benefits process. Conduct in-person disability evaluations, review electronic medical records via a secure web portal, and document exam findings for VA forms. No treatment or prescribing involved; disability determinations are made by the VA. Schedule is Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) in person with a caseload of 3-5 Veterans per day. Equipment provided (computer and documentation tools). Requires active NP or PA license; responsibilities emphasize medical assessments, record review, and accurate documentation with proficiency in electronic documentation and portal use. Compensation ranges $100,000–$110,000/year, with health insurance and 401K benefits; malpractice insurance covered; training and ongoing support provided; no on-call duties.
