Job Summary
Sign-on bonus available. Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits; treat patients in-office or in testing centers and via tele-health; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams; perform in-office procedures; and obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus
