Job Summary
Provide primary care to a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits; conduct in-office or testing-center visits and occasional tele-health; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams; utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures; obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states; role located in San Francisco, CA (Inner Sunset); base salary $164,700–$175,000 with potential relocation support; full-time, hospital-affiliated clinic environment emphasizing human-centered primary care; requires NP or PA certification and CA licensure. Willingness to grow skills in LARC insertion and related procedures is a plus; strong communication, teamwork, and technology-use skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus
