Job Summary
Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams, and have opportunities to perform in-office procedures. Must be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. This full-time role is based in San Francisco, CA at the Inner Sunset office, with relocation assistance potentially available. Requires California licensure at start date and at least 2 years outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year outpatient with 1 year fellowship or 1+ year urgent care). Strong communication, comfort using technology to deliver high-quality care, patient-centered approach, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team are essential.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure in California obtained by start date
- Experience: ~2 years in outpatient primary care setting OR ~1 year in outpatient primary care with 1 year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care setting
- Ability to collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
