Job Summary
Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in San Francisco (Inner Sunset) at One Medical. Treating patients in-office or in testing centers with occasional tele-health visits, collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams, and performing in-office procedures. Requires California state licensure and readiness to obtain licensure for virtual primary care in additional states. Candidates should have ~2 years outpatient primary care (or ~1 year with a 1-year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care), a passion for human-centered primary care, strong communication skills across diverse backgrounds, comfort with technology to deliver high-quality care, and a commitment to team-based care. Required Qualifications
- State licensed in California
- Advanced Practitioner with 2 years outpatient primary care OR 1 year outpatient primary care with 1 year fellowship OR 1+ year urgent care
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
- Strong communication with diverse patient backgrounds
- Proficient in using technology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Ability to adapt interpersonal behavior to patient needs
