Job Summary
Evaluate and manage patient care through physical exams, history taking, and treatment plan creation. Coordinate continuity of care for new and follow-up major medical patients while prescribing medication and documenting encounters. Maintain a safe, clean working environment by complying with all procedures and regulations. Assist the practice physician as needed, demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Schedule is twice a week for eight hours per day.
