Job Summary
Provide primary care across a patient panel with a broad mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, including in-office, testing centers, and occasional tele-health visits. Collaborate with in-person and virtual clinical teams, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, and use clinical training to deliver high-quality care. Opportunity to perform in-office procedures and obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for expanded virtual primary care in additional states. Base salary range $164,700–$175,000 with potential relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package; full-time role based in San Francisco, CA (Duboce Triangle) with on-site opportunities at the Albany, CA location as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California by start date
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year in outpatient primary care with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
