Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Deaconess Clinic Express Downtown; F-T 72 hrs./pay

Conduct primary care services and manage patient care within the Deaconess Clinic Express Downtown department. Provide comprehensive nursing or physician assistance to patients, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes. Requires Indiana state licensure and ANCC/AANP or NCCPA certification. This hourly position involves a 72-hour pay schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays.
