Job Summary
Provide primary care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in San Francisco (Cow Hollow) with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits; deliver in-office, testing-center, and telehealth care; participate in weekly clinical rounds and collaborate with in-person and virtual teams; perform in-office procedures and pursue additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care across states; must hold a CA license by start date and national NP/PA certification; requirements include 2 years outpatient primary care (or 1 year with fellowship or 1+ year urgent care) and bonus potential includes relocation support and a sign-on option.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus
