Job Summary
Provide primary care across acute, chronic, and well visits; manage a patient panel with in-office and testing-center care as well as occasional tele-health visits; participate in weekly clinical rounds and collaborate with in-person and virtual care teams; use clinical training to perform in-office procedures; pursue additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in other states; experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus; demonstrate passion for human-centered primary care, strong communication with diverse patients, and ability to leverage technology for high-quality care; role is based in San Francisco, CA at the Cow Hollow office with a base salary in the mid- to high-low range and potential relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
