Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office, at testing centers, or via tele-health. Conduct weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with teammates through daily huddles and virtual teams. Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures, including LARC insertion and colposcopy, while obtaining additional state licensure for virtual primary care. Maintain state licensure in California and complete an accredited NP or PA program with national certification. This full-time role in Cow Hollow, San Francisco, offers a base salary of $164,700 to $196,875 and includes a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting
- 1 year primary care fellowship
- 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- A passion for human-centered primary care
- The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- The desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery
- An openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknesses
- The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients
