Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or at testing centers, with occasional tele-health visits. Responsibilities include ongoing collaboration with in-person and virtual clinical teams, participation in weekly Clinical Rounds, and opportunities to perform in-office procedures. Requires willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. Must be state-licensed in California by start date and have completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification. Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy is a plus. This is a full-time role based in San Francisco, CA at the Cow Hollow office, with a base salary range of $164,700 to $175,000 per year; relocation assistance may be available. Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California, obtained by start date
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
